I believe it would be false if we say that employees who ask employers to work longer hours to complete a project is unethical.

Completing a project on time is also important to maintain the client that become the source of salary for the workers. So, as long as the employers give the employees larger benefits for working longer hours,  it would not be considered as a violation of codes of ethics.
