Working in groups is a task where agglutination and conflict of ideas occurs.

First of all, we must listen to everyone. People have distinct talents and often you may be surprised. Second, we must know how to dialogue. Often exposing your idea to another person's perspective gives you an enriching interpretation. Thirdly, we must respect the choice of the majority. The democratic way of choosing a decision is the best way. Democracy is so enriching that even those who disagree with the decision, respecting the choice of the majority, can work on it. In any case, it is always better to find a solution in which the whole group is satisfied and above all, that all learn.

Therefore, working in group is trying to find one solution which satisfies everyone's expectations.
