What did the Emancipation Proclamation specifically declare?

The Emancipation Proclamation promptly declared that all slaves in slave states were freed.

However, there were certain caveats to this. First, the Emancipation Proclamation did not affect slave states that stayed in the Union, at least not until the end of the war. Secondly, the Emancipation Proclamation did not have effect on slave states that joined the Confederate States of America, and therefore was voided. The Emancipation Proclamation, in the end, was a token set up by President Lincoln as a promise that slavery would end one day. He was able to follow through with such a promise after the Union won the American Civil War.

in general the theory of economics says that the more open to trade a country is the better   the result for the same country and the whole economies.

in real life countries impose taxes, quotas, etc which is not so good for the economies.

this kind of commercial war between the usa and china is slowing down the growth of the whole world so we can say that it is a draw back of trade regulations. and the free trade agreements are benefits of trade regulations.

world war i had a devastating effect on german-americans and their cultural heritage. up until that point   german-americans, as a group, had been spared much of the discrimination, abuse, rejection, collective mistrust experienced by so many different racial and ethnic groups in the history of the united states. indeed, over the years, they had been viewed as a well integrated and esteemed part of american society. all of this change with the outbreak of war.
