I might not pay attention in class and do all my own homework, so when it comes time to take the test, I don't know how to do the problems or answer all the questions. So I put some of the questions on and get the answers.

Projection: I'm sure that at least half the class is doing the same thing. There is no way everyone is passing the tests without getting the answers from the internet during the test, texting their friends, or otherwise cheating on at least some of the questions. (I might not have proof, but other people are also copying homework and not studying, so how else are they passing the tests?)
