Can someone annotate this for me ( put this is you’re own words ) I will give brainliest to the person that does :) Persephone was a Greek goddess of spring. She was also the daughter of Zeus, the most powerful Greek god and Demeter the goddess of the “harvest”. Nearly everyone in Greece, gods and mortals, did their best to keep Demeter happy. If Demeter did not do her job, the crops would die and everyone would starve! (The gods did not want the ancient Greek people to starve. They had too much fun interfering in people’s lives). The one thing that made Demeter happiest of all was spending time with her beloved daughter, Persephone.
