One of the things that I learnt by observation was sports. I loved football so well and began following the game form a tender age, I had players I look up to, and how I learnt from them was by observation especially on television. I'll see them do a new skill, I'll pay attention, possibly watch it severally, memorize it and go out to the field to practise same skill. Those players were a motivation to me and by observation I learnt how to play football very well. What could increase observational learning among children is for their teachers/guardians to identify what they love the most and are passionate about.
