How did the civil right movement evolve in the 1950s and what tactics were adopted by the mew leaders in their fighting for equality

Behind every major campaign of the civil rights movement there was actually a very organized and coherent three-pronged strategy. 

The civil rights movement's three-pronged strategy combined:

(1) Civil disobedience
(2) Grass-roots organizing and voter registration

(3) Boycotts and economic withdrawal
