What to government ideas were established as a result of the first great awakening??

The First Great Awakening is the name given to the period of religious revival in the Northeastern United States in the 1720s and 1730s.  During this period, the different branches of American Protestantism began to develop, such as the Baptists, Methodists, etc. In addition, it was the period in which African American slaves began to adopt the Christian religion, as it promoted equality among humans as children of God.

Hand in hand with the latter, the First Great Awakening began the liberal theories that advocated equal opportunities and rights among men, which was the basis of what later became the claim of the settlers to the British in the American Revolution.
