I feel really anxious about everything and I dont know how to feel better. please help, any suggestions on how to feel okay?

When I feel anxious, I grab a notebook or a piece of paper and write down whatever spews from my mind. Then, I read it in my head or out loud, and it usually gives me comfort. After looking at the piece of paper, I fold it up twice and tear it to pieces and throw it away.

Or you can listen to you favorite music on full blast for no reason until the feeling goes away.
