Relationship towards your boss or your workmates creates a significant impact in making a progressive and productive output in the workplace. Whether you are in the office or at school, one has to create a healthy relationship through constant communication and cooperation with other members or colleagues. Imagine a work setting where in members are having conflicts and trust issues against each other; outputs could be compromised in terms of quality, time and quantity. All these problems are less likely to occur in a workplace with healthy relationships among members. Communication is the key.
