walk up to your mom say "mom I need to tell you something" and explain it in very deep details. You should probably get the cops involved and have your sister break up with him. I would say "mom my boyfriend is hurting me and I don't know what to do. I am scared and it freaks me out telling you this right now." then wait for her response and fix the issue.
