Can somebody do this for me

You just have to create a timeline that had the stuff in bold in it then once you are done you have to answer the last question on the bottom of the paper

Just make a timeline and follow the directions what they tell and the last part is(Answer) America is often thought of a test of people’s capacity govern themselves.
