Why is education called light of life, human right and birth right

i presume education means the light of life because education can open many doors for your future, and if you have a good education and have job that youre happy with and enjoy, it would be the light of your life.

nowadays, 93% of the arab population is muslim, which at the same time is subdivided in sects including the sunni, zaini, alawi, shia. the remaining 7% is composed mainly of christians.
