Tell me about a time you valued one of your team member’s effort more than your own?

We both picked a research topic and were involved in the effects of the enzyme glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD). Blood collection was also involved in the process.

Well I valued her effort in the aspect of how she was fast and accurate in collection of blood samples and how neat she was with it which made me leave it to her to do while I did other things.

what's this it's not giving you what have to do.
