Manifest conflict : in this stage of conflict processing, it involves the both parties in the conflict tries to engage in certain behavior that will bring up or invoke the response of the both parties to each other. When a response is evoked, it can lead to different response such as open aggression, withdrawal of one or both parties or even apathy.
