However, we can affirm that the selection of "needy" people inside and outside the university is not such a difficult task, since it is possible to analyze the socio-economic situation of each candidate and through the reasoning to see which candidates are in situations so vulnerable that they are placed "in need" of that type of service. It is also important that there are no cases of corruption in these services and that people who do not need to be benefited through friendship, or familiarity.
