Explanation: A Job Specification may be explained as being a detailed outline of the characteristics, traits, qualification and duties curated by an employee in other to keep potential employees informed of what is required of candidates in other to perform outlined duties and task related to the post or position being advertised. A job specification plays an important role in ensuring that only the right candidates apply in other to avoid unnecessary influx of applications from unqualified candidates.
