However,this  expanded areas were not keen in participating in the imperial projects.Therefore the administration of  these area by the inca was ineffective,

Thus if the Spaniards had not invaded,there will be a eventual collapse because, the extensive terrain with reluctance in empire projects, crude means of transportation, (combined with the disunity between the prince brothers)were hindering effective  administration,which would lead to eventual collapse off the empire.
