I live in a small Argentinian town, in my town one scarcity that people must endure is Internet. Since everyone needs it, the demand is very high. Unfortunately there is only one provider which can accommodate only a small amount of families, therefore creating a shortage of Internet Service in the town that i live, which in term also means that Internet Providers are scarce in this location.
