My plan is the following:

For writing skills, read more specialized books and articles. Assist in writing workshops, and looking for consultancies from higher grade students.

For oral communication skills, reach a presentations workshop, watch speeches, and observe professors when they talk, look for a consultancy from a higher grade student.

For the ability to work on teams, reach for a consultancy from a teacher, as well as from an educational adviser and a higher grade student. Enroll in a course that requires many of them, and finally form part of a club that performs activities in groups.

Explanation:

The reason I choose these three elements is that without them I won't be able to communicate properly in education environments. Therefore I consider that I have to work on them to achieve my goals. Second, the reasons for my plan. Well, I have to learn how to do them, practice them as much as I can to develop good communication skills as well as teamwork abilities. Finally, the reason behind my repetitive help from other students is because they have experienced learning processes more recently than professors.
