Can someone please check my answer?

Chris has been working at his job for five years. He likes it because it is challenging, but he wonders if he would be happier making all of the decisions for a company instead of having someone else make the decisions for him.

I think its C, because it doesn't really have anything to do with his money as being an entrepreneur, he is just gaining recognition, not money.
I'm not sure if my answer is correct though.
