What is the purpose of the naturalization process? - the purpose is to naturalize or to turn a foreigner into an equal natural born citizen.
 Does the process work well? In other words, does the process achieve its goals? - I would say yes. 

Would you change the process if you could? Why or why not?
If you would, include how you would change the naturalization process - I wouldn't change the process because I think everyone should be given the chance to naturalized if they want.
