Describe the major shift in foreign policy under president george w. bush and the approach president barack obama has taken in foreign policy, 2009-2011

The main difference is in their foreign policy. Obama was oriented towards negotiations with countries with developed nuclear programs. On the other hand, Bush sent troops abroad to Iraq and Afghanistan even though he did not have public support. Also, drones were used to hunt terrorists in the Obama's time. However, drones does not know a difference between innocents and guilty ones, so this is what opposition used against him.
