What are the distinctive characteristics of the religious orientation that Weber called the Protestant ethic? In what ways did they promote the development of the capitalistic economic system?

There are different characteristics that Weber used in the religious orientation that is called Protestant ethics.  

the secretary of state, appointed by the president with the advice and consent of the senate, is the president's chief foreign affairs adviser. the secretary carries out the president's foreign policies through the state department and the foreign service of the united states.

i heard they are taking it off i hope this isn't true but otherwise if it doesn't get taken off it will probably be in early december or early january of 2018-2019
