The AROUSAL LEVEL is divided into three main parts and they are; low arousal level, high arousal level and optimum arousal level. The low arousal level is due to things such as boredom, the high arousal level is due to things such as panic and stress, and the optimum arousal level is when someone is best at his or her performance meaning that the person is excited.

When someone believes that he or she can perform a task easily or if the task is simple then that person is at his or her optimum arousal level
