The United States now provides the equal number of basic rights to each individual which resides inside the territory. As, once an era of slavery was there during which different minorities were ill treated by the state leaders and laws which were greatly comprised of some unethical clauses, which were then removed from the constitution and more complete form of frame work was proposed for running the system. As, one of the most part of the frame work which focuses on having a more basic rights for each and every one inside the US is the Article VIII (thirteenth) which provides the set of basic right to every person out there as a free human being and does not let the system or any other force to confiscate his or her rights while being inside the US.
