Power distance is a way in which a person shows their relationships with other people. This is the power that is distributed in less powerful, that think they have not distributed equally. For instance to put the people in a culture and accept that they are highly unequally distributed power as compared to the other culture. The high power distance relationship can be seen between the boss and his subordinates. But in low power distance, the relations between boss and the subordinates have interdependence.  

So that the power distance is the extent to which less powerful members of the organizations and institutions within the culture expect and accept not equal distribution in the power.
