The information economy involves a lot of things, like the people, software, music, videos, protocol(IP) etc. And also, the goods in this economy can be owned by intellectual property rights (IPR), which include such monopolistic statutory mechanisms as patents and copyrights (this is mechanism used to own the goods).

This is why for the college students, creating the information is not enough nor managing it. Being able to use the information can be the key to a new level or new world.
