The Article one of the U.S constitution has granted many enumerated powers to the congress. It offers the congress to pass laws and use the granted powers. But it also grants the congress with some limits fort using the powers.  Congress is responsible in making laws for the U.S.

The are two sections of congress known as bicameral legislature. that is created by  the article.The main aim of the enumerated powers of the constitution is the establishment of a strong government to forge a union that was secure in its defense and stable in its economy.
