Okay so my group and I need some more great debate tips. We have state why we think cutting sports is beneficial. Here's what we have so far:

The cost of sports for schools and families

-the funding that is cut can be used to provide better quality schooling supplies or repairs to the school

-extra funding, since sports are usually the most funded, could be put to lower funded electives like the arts

-cutting funding for sports would put less of a focus on it, which means kids could focus more on academics
