Explain the basic elements of Lessig's framework. What does he mean when he says that in cyberspace "the code is the law"? Provide an example from your experiences on the Internet.

Lessig says that  the code is the law and we, or more specifically computer programmers, are like gods.  

He tries to find basic elements in the Internet network with the objective of drawing a parallel with the American constitution.

Internet is a chaotic way and without many rules for its control. In contrast, American society has long been guided by its constitution, and its culture and behavior has a high degree of dependence on the constitution. With these two aspects, the author is interested in showing that, in fact, there is a law embedded in the Internet. His thesis is to counter the dependence that exists in American society with its constitution and the constitutionality present on the Internet, of which we are not aware.
