Explanation:

Arousal and valence are the two terms that are explaining in emotions. These terms always confused people but there is too little difference between these two terms that explain simply. The valence is explained in two ways the positive affectivity and the negative affectivity.

On the other hand, Arousal is defined in the way how much excitation and calmness is there. It measures the calmness and excitability. These terms are quite different and our brain defines both independently. The valance always ranges from a highly positive range to a highly negative range. On the other hand, arousal is ranging from calming to excitability.
