Equity Theory  is the natural concept of people that defines about the maintaining equality and stability between the social relationship.Ratio of resources like goods, benefits, contribution, input, task etc should be same for the both the parties involved in theory .

Comparison is done to measure the distribution of the input and output of the both the parties so that fairness and justified state is maintained while exchange of resources takes place socially.
