Explanation: According to psychology, self-actualization occurs when we pursue to fulfill certain needs in our lives and that has been covered then we somehow pursued our dreams and goals and have managed to reach our full potential that when self-actualization has occured. We have managed to have a successful career , played our role on the community or fulfilled certain aspired dreams.

Based on this Hierarchy there are basic needs(shelter,food,water etc)at the bottom that needs to be met first and the complex ones at the top of this pyramid.

At the most top of this pyramid is where we find self-actualization which means it occurs after basic needs at the base have been met, which gives us time to focus on realising our dreams and goals.
