For instance when you got failed in the exam then you blame the external factor such as a teacher for explaining the topic clearly.  

Traits: The traits are the factor that underlies a personality. These traits are innate. The big five factors is a test that measures the five traits of a person. These traits are introversion, extroversion, openness, conscientiousness, and agreeableness.
