sales for treads have been steady, but stakeholders hope to see more growth. the cmo's team has collected information from the marketing environment and is preparing to recommend to the executive board that treads expand into online sales. a marketing plan -- separate from the brick and mortar plan -- also will be presented to the executive board.

you are part of the cmo's team for this project. your task is to prepare the marketing plan for presentation to the treads executive board. you will be asked to review and edit what has been written, evaluate components, provide recommendations for changes, and provide reasoning for marketing plan decisions.
