In the apology, what are the charges leveled against socrates by the prosecution? what does socrates say about the real reasons that these charges are being brought against him? and, perhaps most importantly, even beyond what socrates explicitly says, what can we infer about the real reasons that people are angry enough with him to sentence him to death? in other words, why are people so afraid of socrates?
