Partisan polarization is the supporter who supported the various political parties and sometimes it support in the form of the military actions.

The positive of the partisan polarization is the party fraction. And the negatives in the partisan polarization there are less legislation and less efficiency for handling national purse. And there are less appointees and constant threat of the government in the partisan polarization.
