Which opinion do you agree with more — black's or frankfurter's? why do you think that opinion was a better interpretation of the fourteenth amendment? (1 point)

I think Hugo Black had a better interpretation of the fourteenth amendment because was him who took it on account.

Even when Justice Felix Frankfurter had a wide experience on court He always refused to discuss about it, arguing that it was incomplete and saying that it should not exist.

It must be reminded that fourteenth amendment was passed to protect citizenship rights and equal protection of the laws.

If said amendment was incomplete Frankfurter had his chance to corrected but instead what He did was only arguing against Black when He brought this topic out, showing a bad will against immigrant people, all the contrary occurred with Black who always was supporting to the weak and the helpless.

It would be enough to say that a bill of rights with no fourteenth amendment will be an incomplete bill and for that reason I can not agree with Felix Frankfurter.

As per my personal opinion,Black's opinion was a better interpretation of the Fourteenth Amendment.

Black thought that the whole Bill of Rights was against states.Black advocated a higher degree of activism across a broad range of issues and an extreme degree of judicial restraint.

This approach enabled Black to put tremendous weight on the text of the Constitution and matters of civil liberties.
