How can expression of anger serve to be both positive and negative from a health standpoint?

The expression of anger can either be positive or it could be negative.

This is a situation whereby a person is able to make changes to his life due to the presence of an unwanted situation.

Instead of the person to act negatively on his anger, it propels him to seek for changes.

This happens when a person expresses anger in a way that may cause him harm or harm the people that are around him.
