POM model in survey research is so also referred to as "production and operations management" model.

One of the most important features in survey research methodology is to take correct data from business organizations and in order to implement successfully the development in the POM field, this methodology must be carefully implemented. Lack in an appropriate design and execution of survey research does not present a value.
