Class Consciousness

Explanation: Class consciousness is a key feature of Marxism.  Karl Marx professed that, over time, the working class would become aware of their shared struggle to survive in the capitalist system where industry and business owners exploit their labor profit.  He argued that the development of class consciousness would naturally lead to a revolt of the working class (proletariat) and the eventual redistribution of property and the state would be abolished.
