Why do both men and women become victims of violence

Both Women and Men can get to be casualties of brutality in light of the fact that them two might need to be in control or power which could bring about political or abusive behavior at home. 

Both Men and Women can get into the casualties of savagery since may not perform the right judgement on the ladies which might be an awful to have fallen on to the women (woman.)
