One of linda's work colleagues has organized a blood and plasma drive at the office and is inviting co-workers to participate. linda's boss asks, "i don't mind giving blood, but what is plasma? " how would you answer her question?

Since Linda does not have an idea as to what Plasma is, might as well tell her the basic definition that she can understand for she does not know what Plasma really is. Well maybe you can answer her question by the definition stated below:

Plasma is the liquid portion of the blood. It is not the plasma that most of us is really common with. It is not the four states of matter but rather the it is called a blood plasma and it contains antibodies and other proteins.

answer: a federal government has final authority on interstate/inter provincial  and international affairs, a confederation is one where the central/national government or authority is governing body what does not have final say over the same matters. hopefully this and i will try again if you don't like this answer : )
