Is privacy a freedom from any observation?

The answer is "Yes".
Privacy is a freedom from interruption or perception into one's private issues, it also refers to act without outside impedance, it is the right to keep up control over certain data and the privilege of people to decide when, how, and to what degree they share data about themselves with others.
