The family plays a major role when starting an entrepreneurship. They will be directly affected if the business succeeds or fails.  The entrepreneur has to know if everyone is on board with the idea.  This is the time when each member gives their input and how it will help in establishing the business.  If they decide to get involve, then it would help the business but they have to be committed and must be prepared to make the necessary adjustment when they start it.
