Solar energy takes energy from the sun, a drawback is that if its cloudy then its no good. A drawback of wind energy is that wind turbines take up a lot of space and could pose a threat to birds. Geothermal is good because we get it from the earth, however, electricity is still needed to power the machines. hydro power is good because its clean however, it interferes with natures water (dams) and drought can make the source useless.
