last year I was diagnosed with needle therapy its pretty much what it sounds like. I had to be in therapy for a couple months to try to get a vaccine. I was scared that the needle the shots would hurt so she prescribed me with this lotion thingy that made my arm num so my arm didn't hurt when I got the shot. you should ask ur mom or doctor to get you the stuff I am not sure how you would get it. mine was prescribed by my therapist but hopefully this helped. oh wait if you can't get the lotion hold ice up to your arm to make it num and consider listening to music while you get the shot it really helped me relax and bring down my anxiety
