Work = force * distance 
Force = weight 

Work = 75 N * 6 m = 450 N-m of work done to lift a weight of 75 N from the floor to the top of a table, a vertical distance of 6.0 meters 

Work = Increase the potential energy 

Increase in the potential energy = 450 Joules 

OR 

Potential energy = weight * height 
Increase in the potential energy = weight * increase in height 
Increase in the potential energy = 75 N * 6 m = 450 N*m = 450
