I totally disagree with Charina because it shoud have been the other way round i.e. when waves interact with an object, they will reflect off and that when waves interact with other waves, they will interfere

When waves interact with each other, they interfere ans the interference can be constructive or destructive.

Waves also have the properties of reflection such that when they hit an obejce they reflect back forminng the shape of the object

In summary interference happens when waves interact with other waves while reflection happens when waves interact with an object.
